The Bob Crewe Charitable Trust was established in the spirit of giving back to the arts and improving lives in the LGBTQ community.

The Crewe Foundation proudly holds a unique focus on the state of Maine and it’s incredible arts and LGBTQ communities.

The principal aim of The Crewe Foundation is to increase access to and visibility of the arts. Recognizing the art’s undeniable power as a source of inspiration and invigoration, The Crewe Foundation is directed to support various organizations which nurture and support young people by funding fellowships, scholarships, training, and mentoring programs in the areas of fine arts and music.

The Trust is directed to support and promote LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (and/or Questioning)) rights and support projects, initiatives, and organizations that benefit the LGBTQ communities and/or address discriminatory issues affecting these communities.

"The College is committed to making its outstanding educational resources available to as many qualified students as possible and giving them the tools they need to take risks, think critically, and work creatively within, across, between and beyond disciplines."
